At Kunafa Bliss, each handcrafted bar is made with love and care in Dubai to bring you a truly premium dessert experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will do our best to make it right with either:
    •    A replacement
    •    A store credit
    •    Or a partial/full refund depending on the case

Refunds (if approved)
Once your issue is reviewed, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
